What age groups or year levels do you cater to?

We cater to students from Kindergarten to Year 12, providing tailored support to suit the needs of each year level, and includes preparation for NAPLAN, GATE and ATAR Exams.  

Do you offer both in-person and online tutoring?

We currently offer only in-person tutoring option, but we may offer online tutoring for some students. In-person sessions are available at our specified locations in Canning Vale, Harrisdale, Wellard and Bertram. What subjects do you specialise in?

We specialise in a wide range of subjects, including: 

  • Mathematics (Primary to Advanced levels)

How are your tutors qualified, and are they vetted?

Our tutors are highly qualified professionals with qualifications in their respective fields such as medicine, teaching and chemistry. They undergo a rigorous selection process and are required to hold a valid Working with Children Check to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.  

What are your tutoring fees, and do you offer discounts for siblings or multiple subjects?

Our tutoring fees are competitive and vary based on the year level and service type. We offer early bird discounts. Contact us directly for a detailed fee structure or customised packages. 

How do you measure my child’s progress and provide feedback?

We track progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and personalised feedback from tutors. Parents receive monthly progress reports and are encouraged to discuss their child’s development during scheduled updates or review sessions. 

What is your policy on cancellations, rescheduling, and make-up lessons?

We understand that schedules may change. Please note that fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

Only in the event of illness, parents may request a make-up class. While we will do our best to accommodate, make-up classes are not guaranteed. 

If a make-up class is offered but declined by the student or parent, it will not be rescheduled again. 

Do you provide support for specific exams like NAPLAN, selective school entry, or UCAT?
